This week, a TV program on the Channel 58 reported the gourmet food at Sisuk Lam’s restaurant. As a matter of fact, many major media in Taiwan have all reported the good foods at his restaurant. But, this time this program also had him show his excellent Wing Chun skill in front of the camera.
