祝賀我泰拳的啟蒙教練Nong-O
Gaiyanghadao上星期六奪得ONE冠軍賽首屆雛量級(bantamweight)泰拳世界冠軍。他現在的戰績是258勝58負1平手。Nong-O教練是一位非常著名的泰拳最頂尖的選手。他幾乎獲得了泰拳界所有最有威望的大獎。真的很高興他能為他的獎盃架增加另一條冠軍腰帶。除了他是在泰拳界絕對是一個家喻戶曉傳奇人物，我選擇向他學習的原因是因為Nong-O教練被認為是最好的Muay Femur（技術型選手）之一; 技術型是一種我最喜歡的風格。有位格鬥分析師將善猜(Sanechai)和Nong-O教練評選為全世界泰拳選手P4P排名第一和第二(注1)。 Nong-O教練停賽了三年專注於教學。去年他與Fabio

The Legend Continues
Congratulations to my first Muay Thai coach,
Nong-O Gaiyanghadao, for capturing the inaugural ONE Championship bantamweight
Muay Thai world champion last Saturday. His
fight record now is now 258 wins, 58 losses and 1 draw. Coach Nong-O is a very well-known elite Muay
Thai athlete who had garnered almost all the most prestige titles that Muay
Thai has to offer. Really happy for him
to add another prestige belt to his trophy case. Besides he is an absolute legend in the
sport, the reason that I chose to learn from him is because coach Nong-O is
considered as one of the best Muay Femur (Technical Fighter); a style that I
like the most. A fight analyst ranks
Saenchai and coach Nong-O as the pound-for-pound #1 and #2 Muay Thai fighters
in the world. Coach Nong-O took a hiatus
of three years to focus on teaching. His
returning fight with Fabio Pinca was a masterpiece and a quintessential display
of a technical fighter. Fabio Pinca is
considered the best Western Muay Thai fighter who defeated Saenchai. As a matter of fact, in Saenchai’s 140+
fights against Westerner, he has only lost once and that was to Fabio Pinca. Although, coach Nong-O admitted he had some
ring rust after the fight, he won the fight relatively easy. If you want to know what is considered “the
most beautiful Muay Thai,” I suggest you watch the fight of coach Nong-O vs
